I don't get into politics much and this is the time of year that I always realize why.
Those annoying political ads are getting on my nerves. Actually, it's the negative ones that annoy me. I just want to hear what the candidates will do in office. I'm not interested in hearing candidates spinning facts, digging up old negative crap, or taking clips from an opponents commercial.
If I have to hear another negative ad about Ben Carden and Michael Steele in Maryland or George Allen and Jim Webb in Virginia, I'm going to scream. Sometimes I wonder if the reason why voter turn-out is so low is because all of the candidates look like crooks because of those ads. Enough already! Nov. 7 can't come soon enough.
That's why I say, "Mark Minnick for President!"
